#1. How prices are displayed
Prices are in PKR and include general sales tax at 18% where the category attracts it. Artwork is currently zero-rated and shows the same figure either way. Delivery is separate and is shown before payment, never after.
The figure you see is the figure you pay. There is no handling fee, no card surcharge, no "service charge" added at the last screen.
A written quotation holds for 14 days. A price shown on the site is held for 7 days from the moment you ask us to reserve a piece.
#2. What we accept
| Method | Where | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Bank transfer | Online and showroom | Preferred for larger orders. Account details are issued on the invoice, never by unsolicited message |
| Debit and credit card | Showroom, and online where the gateway is live | Processed by the payment provider. We never see or store the number |
| Cash | Showroom only | Receipt issued for every payment, always |
| Cash on delivery | Within Lahore | Up to Rs 150,000, with a 30% advance to confirm the order |
| Store credit | Anywhere | Valid 12 months from issue |
#3. Deposits, balances and cash on delivery
- Stocked pieces — paid in full at order, or on delivery where cash on delivery applies.
- Commissions and made-to-order — a 50% deposit on approval of the drawing, the balance before dispatch. The deposit is a payment on account, not a fee, and its treatment on cancellation is in the Cancellation Policy.
- Cash on delivery — a 30% advance confirms the order and covers the cost of committing a delivery slot. The balance is paid in cash when the piece arrives, before the crew leaves.
- Orders above Rs 150,000 — not available on cash on delivery. Carrying that much cash on a delivery run is a risk to our crew and we will not ask them to.
Where a balance is overdue by more than fourteen days we may hold delivery until it clears, and title in the goods remains with us under section 5 of the Terms of Sale.
#4. Payment security
Card payments are handled entirely by the payment provider on their own infrastructure. Card numbers, expiry dates and security codes never reach our servers, never reach our database, and cannot be seen by our staff — which means they cannot leak from us, because we do not have them.
Every order total is recalculated on our server from our own catalogue before payment is taken. A price altered in a browser has no effect on what is charged. This is the single most important control on this site and it is why the order is written by a server function rather than by your browser.
#5. When a price is wrong
Occasionally a price is published incorrectly — a missing digit, a stale figure after a supplier increase, a decimal in the wrong place.
- If we spot it before confirming your order, we contact you with the correct price. You may proceed, or cancel for a full refund. We do not simply charge the difference.
- If the error is small and we have already confirmed, we honour the price we quoted. A confirmation is a confirmation.
- If the error is so obvious that a reasonable person would have recognised it as a mistake — a sofa listed at a tenth of its price — we may cancel and refund in full, and we will explain what happened rather than quietly voiding the order.
#6. Discounts and promotional pricing
We are careful about discounting, and there is a commercial reason as well as an ethical one: a shop that is permanently on sale has simply set its prices somewhere else, and every customer eventually notices.
- A "was" price is a price the piece was genuinely offered at, in this showroom, for at least 28 consecutive days in the previous six months. We do not invent a reference price to discount from.
- Where a reduction is because a piece is ex-display, has a mark, or is discontinued, we say which. The reason is on the ticket.
- Promotional codes state their expiry, their minimum spend and their exclusions before you apply them.
- One promotional code per order unless a promotion says otherwise. Codes cannot be applied to an order already placed.
- We may end a promotion early if stock runs out, and orders already confirmed at the promotional price stand.
Misleading price claims are an offence under the Punjab Consumer Protection Act 2005 and under the Competition Act 2010. We would rather comply with both than test either.
#7. Invoices and tax documents
Every order gets a numbered invoice showing the goods, the price, the tax charged and the delivery charge. Ask for a copy at any time within seven years and we will send it — that is how long we keep them, per the retention schedule in the Privacy Policy.
Business buyers who need the invoice made out to a company, with tax registration numbers shown, should tell us at the time of the order. Reissuing an invoice to a different entity after the fact is not always possible and never straightforward.
